Your Send a Love Note audio guestbook has a memory capacity of 32MB which is about 12 hours of messages. 

You’ll receive your Send a Love Note audio guest book three days before your event and then have two days in which to return your phone. Need it for longer? Speak to us about extending your hire.

Simple. Head to ‘book now’ and you’ll see a calendar of dates. If your date is available, then we can supply a Send a Love Note audio book for your event. All you need to do is book that date to ensure you secure availability.

We will download your recordings the day we receive your audio guest book and send them straight to you.

We will store your messages for three months after your wedding so we recommend downloading your Love Notes and storing them on your own devices or cloud storage.

Get the most from your Love Notes phone by asking your guests to:

• Leave their name

• Explain when they’re leaving their message, for example, “it’s the start of the day…”, “we’re just about to start the. speeches…” or, it’s “11.30pm and the dancefloor is wild…”. This helps tell your wedding’s story and will make listening back even more fun. 

• Again, your groomsmen and bridesmaids are perfectly placed to remind your guests to do this.

Sorry, no. We currently only ship our audio guest book within the UK. Using a third party to send your Send a Love Note audio guest book to destinations outside the UK is against our terms and conditions.

We will send your audio guest book so that it arrives three days before your event.

Returning your audio guest book is easy as pie. Here’s what you need to do:

1. We’ll be in touch the day after your wedding to book in your collection.

2. Package the sign and phone in the box they arrived in.

3. Hand your parcel over to your courier (they’ll bring the address labels)  

4. You’ll receive your Love Notes recording the day after we receive your phone!

5. If you’ve upgraded to any of our extras they’ll arrive after a day or so.

We’d recommend placing it somewhere obvious, ideally in a spot where lots of your guests will pass by. This will mean lots of people will see it and want to leave you messages. 

Using Send a Love Note is so easy - for you and your guests.

1. You record a greeting and send it to us in advance. We then upload your message to the phone.

2. You receive your audio guest book three days before your event.

3. Guests pick up the phone to hear your pre-recorded greeting and then leave their message for you.

4. When your event is over, we’ll get in touch to arrange your collection via courier. You just need to wrap it up in the original packaging. We download your messages and send them to you to laugh, cry and listen to over and over again.

All phones are tested and fully charged before they’re sent out, so they’ll be ready to go when they arrive.

Please inspect your audio guest book as soon as it arrives and let us know straight away if it’s damaged or not working. We’ll do everything we can to sort it out quickly.

The only thing you need to do is turn the phone on. You’ll find the On button on the back of the phone, just press and hold it for three seconds and you’re all set.

We do all the hard work for you. All you need to do is record a welcome greeting. We’ll send you step-by-step instructions for this once you’ve confirmed your booking. Your phone will arrive with your welcome greeting already uploaded. All you will need to do is unbox your phone, turn it on and sign and then, when the big day arrives you simply need to turn it on and set it up ready for your guest to start leaving messages.

Turn your Love Notes phone into a feature and you’ll get so many more messages. Here are some ideas to start you off…

• Give your Love Notes phone its own table and surround it with decorations that match your wedding’s theme.

• Make sure everyone knows where your Love Notes phone is.

• You might be moving rooms during your wedding. If so, make sure your phone moves with you. Alternatively, pop it somewhere that will get lots of traffic (en-route to the bar or loos works well).

With so much going on, your guests may forget about your Love Notes phone. So remind them again, and again! Here are a few suggestions…

• Tell your family and closest friends in advance. This way, they’re more likely to remember to leave a message.

• Remind your bridesmaids and ushers to add their comments - they’re going to be busy, so they could even add their comments before things get started!

• Use your ushers! They’re the key to getting guests involved… add ‘Love Notes reminders’ to their list of responsibilities!

• Speech! If you’re doing speeches, a cheeky reminder is a great way to get everyone involved.

• If you’re all staying in the same location, leave your phone out the next morning. This way any guests who missed the chance to leave a message can do so. You might even get a few ‘morning after’ messages to make you smile.
