Refund policy

We have a 10-day cancellation policy. This gives you until 10 days before your event date to request a cancellation and refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must request your cancellation at least 10 days before the date of your event as chosen when placing your order.

To start a cancellation, email us at hello@sendalovenote.co.uk. Your refunds will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Refunds

We will let you know when we’ve received your cancellation request, and tell you know if your refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your audio guest book when you receive it and let us know immediately if it’s damaged or isn’t working. We’ll do whatever we can to fix the problem.  

In the event that your audio files are missing, damaged or corrupted, and that’s caused by negligence, fault, damage or misuse by you, your guests or your venue, we will not provide any refund of any monies paid for the hire.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
